Akar development, owner and developer of Cordoba Hills residential project, has assigned the first phase of construction works of the project to Fouad Takla Company.

Fouad Takla Company has won the contract after fierce competition with the largest specialized foreign and Arab companies who have been previously qualified for the project.

As the technical and engineering preparations for the launch of the works have been completed, and agreements have been signed for mortgage loans with leading commercial and Islamic banks (Bank Bemo Saudi Fransi and Syria International Islamic Bank) and as the infrastructure of the villas is ready, Fouad Takla Company will mobilize its teams to the site in order to start the first phase of the construction, consisting of 150 villas.

In this contract, Akar is emphasizing its commitment to its clients in delivering a residential project based on its vision of luxury life in all its residential, social and service aspects which will join the residents in a harmonized society unique by its lifestyle.

The project is located 18 km to the west of Aleppo and stretches on a total area of 200 acres, including the future expansion.  It includes 800 residential villas in different sizes and styles inspired by the Andalusia architecture. 

The project also includes a number of service buildings such as worship buildings, administrative, commercial centers, heathcare centers, schools, health club, and a social club at the highest standards which will integrate for the benefit of the luxurious life style of its residents.
